About the Role
The Housekeeping Executive role in Noida, within our Property and Asset Management business, ensures high‑quality housekeeping services by coordinating site vendors for landscaping, pest control, facade cleaning, equipment and cleaning materials. The incumbent also assists the Team/Property Manager with assigned projects and provides backup as needed. Key deliverables include daily property rounds, closing cleaning issues, maintaining daily and monthly reports (DMR, MMR) for the Property Manager and client, and scheduling weekly vendor meetings. Additional responsibilities cover monthly attendance records, handling and escalating customer queries, mentoring vendor staff, improving cost‑effective procedures, documenting policies, planning and assigning work, managing landscaping, briefing staff, implementing checklists, ensuring staff grooming and cleaning standards, keeping janitor closets orderly, and capturing customer feedback. The role reports to the Housekeeping Building/Estate Manager. • Coordinate site vendors for landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, facade cleaning, and equipment. • Conduct daily property rounds and resolve cleaning issues promptly. • Prepare and share daily/monthly reports (DMR, MMR) with the Property Manager and client. • Schedule and lead weekly vendor meetings to address operational concerns. • Maintain monthly attendance records for vendor staff payroll. • Investigate, resolve, and, when needed, escalate customer queries. • Mentor and develop subordinate vendor staff. • Improve and monitor cost‑effective, efficient housekeeping procedures. • Document standard policies and procedures for housekeeping operations. • Plan, schedule, inspect, and assign work to supervisory teams. • Manage landscaping and gardening activities. • Brief staff on duties, work zones, and special instructions; ensure grooming standards. • Implement checklists and monitor cleaning quality to meet standards. • Keep janitor closets and storage areas organized. • Collect customer feedback and assess satisfaction levels. • Report to the Housekeeping Building/Estate Manager. • Deliver customer‑oriented, best‑in‑class cleaning and hygiene services.

What You Bring
We seek an analytical and meticulous professional who can build, maintain and validate subordinate staff performance while delivering customer‑oriented, best‑in‑class cleaning and hygiene services. Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to assess customer needs, meet quality standards and evaluate satisfaction are essential. A degree or diploma in hotel management or hospitality, with 1‑2 years of relevant experience, is preferred. Effective communication skills and a customer‑oriented service outlook are non‑negotiable. • Hold a degree/diploma in hotel management or hospitality (1‑2 years experience preferred). • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving skills.
