About the Role
Working closely with manufacturing teams, the engineer will ensure products meet customer‑specific quality requirements and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include monitoring risk mitigation, maintaining PFMEA, interpreting quality data, supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and conducting root‑cause analyses using tools such as the 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams. The role also involves providing training, performing onsite audits, and supporting daily quality functions at assembly units, with up to 50 % travel to local sites. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer‑specific quality standards. • Analyze customer feedback and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities. • Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures; maintain and update PFMEA. • Interpret quality data to recommend process improvements and support Lean Six Sigma projects. • Conduct root‑cause analyses using 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and other tools. • Provide training on process performance monitoring and improvement techniques. • Perform onsite quality audits and support daily quality functions at assembly units. • Travel up to 50 % to local assembly sites. • Ensure prompt resolution of quality issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or a related field and has experience with quality processes and the SAP Quality Module, preferably within an SAP S/4HANA environment. Familiarity with quality‑management concepts, industry standards, and certification in problem‑solving or continuous‑improvement methodologies is required. The engineer must be able to address quality issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or a related discipline. • Demonstrate experience with SAP Quality Module and SAP S/4HANA systems. • Apply knowledge of quality‑management concepts, industry standards, and continuous‑improvement methodologies. • Obtain or possess certification in problem‑solving or continuous‑improvement practices.
