About the Role

The Turbine Generator Outage Execution Lead is responsible for directing outage project teams to ensure safe, reliable and efficient activities that align with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. The role standardizes outage processes, enforces procedural compliance, applies Human Performance fundamentals, and provides coaching to drive continuous improvement. The position requires development of detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and work scopes, as well as primary communication with CEC management and major vendors. It also includes financial close‑out, fiscal accountability, and promotion of improvement initiatives across projects. • Develop detailed outage plans, assign personnel, and define work scopes. • Create schedules and budgets using the life‑cycle cost management system. • Lead execution of refueling outage services and serve as primary liaison with CEC management and major vendors. • Manage project financial and technical documentation, ensure fiscal accountability, and close out projects. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and coach personnel on technical and human‑performance standards. • Communicate technical, financial, and progress updates to corporate and CEC leadership. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees.

What You Bring

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years, or Associate’s degree + 10 years, or high school diploma/GED + 12 years of power‑generation experience; leadership in at least three refueling outages; meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred qualifications: turbine/generator experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
