About the Role
The engineer will act as both project lead and technical resource, overseeing commissioning projects from Level 1 through Level 5, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and ensuring technical excellence while adhering to budget and schedule. • Lead technical delivery for mission‑critical commissioning projects with minimal supervision. • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project team members. • Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with management to expand business. • Create and manage commissioning plans, procedures, checklists, test scripts, and schedules for Level 1‑5 activities. • Review electrical system design documents and submittals. • Lead onsite functional performance testing of electrical systems. • Provide project management support to meet technical, budget, and schedule expectations. • Diagnose and resolve construction and operational issues.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 10 years of progressive building systems commissioning experience, including three years in mission‑critical environments, strong communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of electrical systems. Travel up to 75 % of the time is expected, and certifications such as a B.S. in Engineering, PE, PMP, or NICET are considered a plus. • Bring 10+ years of building systems commissioning experience, including 3+ years in mission‑critical facilities. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Work collaboratively, think creatively, and solve problems. • Demonstrate working knowledge of electrical systems. • Travel up to 75%+ for national projects. • Preferred: B.S. in Engineering, PE license, commissioning certification, PMP, NICET.
