About the Role
The Property Manager is tasked with maximizing net operating income and asset value for JLL clients. Responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. In this role you will provide an experiential, differentiated property‑management approach that improves care and business outcomes, support rapid business growth through people integration and synergy, and develop staff for larger roles. You will lead a team, ensure client and tenant satisfaction, prepare budgets and financial reports, manage tenant improvements or capital projects, and act as the primary communicator with building owners and tenants. As a strategic thinker you will create collaborative solutions, contribute to work‑quality standards, cultural initiatives and best practices, and foster diverse, inclusive teams through thoughtful communication. • Maximize NOI and asset value for assigned industrial properties. • Oversee operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. • Support leasing team and coordinate marketing efforts. • Manage accounts payable collections and annual budgeting. • Prepare financial reports and conduct risk management. • Lead and develop staff, promoting inclusive team culture. • Implement technology and data‑driven solutions. • Maintain compliance with CA Real Estate License requirements. • Utilize property management platforms such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.

What You Bring
People‑focused leadership is essential; you will understand client, tenant and vendor needs, resolve conflicts smoothly, and drive retention. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred), has at least three years of commercial property‑management experience (office, retail, industrial or healthcare), and possesses a CA Real Estate License within six months. Experience with Yardi, Kardin or MRI, strong client‑facing and financial skills, and a tech‑savvy mindset are required. Benefits
Compensation is estimated between $110,000 and $125,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave, PTO, company holidays and early wage access via Daily Pay.
