About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will grow the local market presence on roadway, highway, and municipal projects, handling complex engineering design, marketing, and client engagement. They will manage design and delivery of projects profitably while actively resolving design issues. Leadership duties include operating with integrity, setting vision, business planning, and establishing goals. What You Bring

Candidates must have at least eight years of roadway project management experience, a Professional Engineer license, and a proven track record of winning and delivering work in the region. Required expertise includes the full lifecycle of roadway projects, relationships with local agencies, civil design of roads, freeways, and interchanges, and the ability to write proposals, scopes, and budgets. • 8+ years of roadway project management experience • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required • Proven success winning and delivering local projects and agency relationships • Full‑life‑cycle roadway project expertise, including civil design of roads, urban freeways, and interchanges • Ability to write proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
