About the Role

KBR’s National Security Solutions team is seeking a Training Manager/Systems Integrator with Top Secret clearance to support the Space Rapid Capabilities Office in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering training programs for spacecraft operators, while also managing configuration and integration across multiple mission partners. This position contributes directly to getting mission capability on orbit and advancing space reconnaissance capabilities. • Lead design, development, and implementation of training programs for Space Force operators and help desk functions. • Author and maintain training manuals, quick start guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. • Conduct needs assessments, plan, facilitate, and evaluate exercises and tabletop training to test operational procedures. • Propose and implement standard configuration‑management procedures for engineering and technical projects. • Oversee integration across multiple interfaces, coordinating with mission partners and government program management. • Provide system and subsystem integration expertise for emerging space‑related missions. • Record, track, and maintain status documents; generate progress reports and assist engineers with requirement determination. • Perform data research and analysis to support management, engineering, and technical projects.

What You Bring

The position requires up to 25% travel and follows a standard 40‑hour work week. KBR invites qualified applicants to join the team and help advance critical space defense capabilities. • STEM bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with at least 10 years DoD/IC or relevant industry experience. • Minimum 10 years of space operations or acquisition experience; 5 years with SAP and/or SCI. • Experience in space vehicle design, satellite ground systems, and configuration management. • Knowledge of DoD, IC, and commercial satellite systems; experience with integrated master schedules, risk management, SOW/PWS, and ACAT I/II acquisitions. • Strong technical writing, instructional design, and in‑person training facilitation skills. • Eligibility for SCI and Special Access Required.
