About the Role
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role focuses on repairing and replacing ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and various commercial door systems, including folding, sliding, and storefront doors. • Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and automatic folding, sliding, and storefront doors. • Service a variety of door equipment and control devices, conducting preventative maintenance on commercial door systems. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to time constraints and company processes. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and provide strong customer service in both team and independent settings.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of experience installing or servicing automatic doors, with AAADM certification preferred. A clean driving record is required for company‑vehicle operation, and familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus. Success in this position demands strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installation, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. The technician must work well both independently and as part of a team, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and deliver a high level of customer service in a fast‑paced environment. • Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Hold a clean driving record; AAADM certification is preferred. • Experience with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous.
