About the Role
The US Corporate Benefits Manager will design, develop and implement benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure an equitable, competitive package aligned with company goals and employee experience. • Design, administer and evaluate health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement and wellness programs; lead annual open enrollment. • Partner with brokers and use analytics to ensure competitive, cost‑effective benefit offerings. • Develop benefits policies and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA; conduct audits as needed. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate financial and legal terms to optimize programs. • Create clear communication materials, conduct informational sessions and oversee benefits onboarding and education. • Analyze utilization trends and prepare leadership reports on program effectiveness and cost optimization. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and external partners for accurate and timely administration. • Support benefits systems and assist with integrations or technology enhancements. • Monitor total‑rewards needs and recommend enhancements to maintain engagement and competitiveness. • Adhere to applicable SOX control requirements.

What You Bring
• In‑office presence required two to three days per week. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications (CEBS, CCP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred. • Minimum eight years progressive experience in benefits management within a large corporate environment. • Proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills. • Skilled in leveraging market data and benchmarking to ensure equitable benefit solutions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, HRIS systems and data visualization tools; Workday and Power BI experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. • Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, organizational skills and adaptability to evolving technology. • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Benefits
The role is based in the NYC tri‑state area with a salary range of $130K‑$160K, requires 2‑3 days per week in the office, and offers a flexible, inclusive work environment that values work‑life balance.
