About the Role

The Senior Aptitude Project Manager will support the National Healthcare Division based in Nashville, TN, requiring up to 75% travel across the United States. This role provides regional direction for the Aptitude program, overseeing strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership, and stakeholder relationships to meet contractual and financial targets. • Support safety culture and promote an injury‑free environment. • Coordinate technology design and construction to meet constructability, quality, financial, and technical standards. • Provide technical expertise for design assist, installation, and network integration. • Create project‑specific technology scopes of work and responsibility matrices. • Perform quantity takeoffs, obtain vendor pricing, and develop accurate budgets or hard‑bid proposals. • Manage project budgets, costs, projections, billing, and collections. • Develop, disseminate, and enforce Aptitude processes and standards. • Lead, coach, and motivate team members aligned with JE Dunn’s strategic objectives and core values. • Deploy Aptitude strategies to achieve financial, quality, and performance goals. • Participate in companywide communications and strategy sessions to market and deliver technology services. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and milestones. • Track and report project progress to stakeholders and resolve issues promptly. • Conduct post‑project performance evaluations and archive documentation. • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and societies. • Engage local civic organizations to position Aptitude as a differentiator. • Oversee technology consulting between JE Dunn and client consultants/contractors; drive business development. • Provide strategic oversight of resource, financial, client development, and growth strategies. • Serve as regional relationship executive and escalation point for risk, financial, and contractual issues. • Ensure adequate staffing levels and review resource management plans. • Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to develop and evaluate business plans. • Lead organization‑wide communication on Aptitude integration within regional self‑perform strategies. • Recruit, orient, and train new team members. • Build and sustain relationships internally and externally to maximize profitability and generate future work.
