What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced floor layer with additional trade skills to join our team and provide first‑class service to properties in Bow and surrounding East London. As a Multi‑Trade Operative you will handle a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across specialist and secondary trades, completing work efficiently and within deadlines. The ideal candidate is reliable, has proven floor‑laying experience—including cap & cove and welding joints—and can deliver excellent customer care. Strong competence in other trades is also required. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided, and will be subject to a basic criminal record check. Eligibility to work in the UK (England or Wales) is essential and no visa sponsorship is available. • Hold a valid UK driving licence; company van provided for work use. • Pass a Basic Criminal Record Check and be eligible to work in the UK.
Benefits
The role offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus a £125 monthly London allowance, a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime.
