About the Role

The role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP MM solutions, configuring modules such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Valuation, and executing end‑to‑end implementations, upgrades, and support. It also requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating functional specifications, integrating SAP MM with SD, PP, and FI, performing unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, providing training to end‑users, and troubleshooting issues. • Analyze business requirements and design SAP MM solutions. • Configure Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Valuation modules. • Execute end‑to‑end SAP MM implementations, upgrades, and support. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and draft functional specifications. • Integrate SAP MM with SD, PP, FI and other SAP modules, including IDOC handling. • Conduct unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing. • Provide training and ongoing support to end‑users. • Resolve SAP MM issues and deliver post‑go‑live support. • Join a digital transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA value in the NAM region. • Contribute to sustainability initiatives aligned with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT values.

What You Bring

Successful candidates need at least five years of hands‑on SAP MM experience, strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes, and proven experience with SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with integration points between MM and other modules, including IDOC handling, as well as excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, are essential. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field, three to five years of experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation, a strong understanding of plant‑maintenance processes, and preferably an SAP PM certification. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are also needed.
