Field Specialist – Wellbore Construction

About the Role

The specialist provides front‑line customer support, completes required paperwork, conducts on‑the‑job training, and may travel internationally or support workshop activities as needed. They also handle special projects and conduct all activities in line with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements and core values. • Run multiple low to medium risk applications in the Wellbore Construction & Completions product lines. • Expand application knowledge to higher complexity and risk tasks. • Ensure supplied equipment is compatible with all other job equipment. • Provide front‑line customer support and complete required paperwork accurately. • Conduct on‑the‑job training for Wellbore Construction/Completions applications. • Travel internationally to support other regions and assist in workshop activities as needed. • Handle special projects as assigned. • Perform all activities in compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and core values. • Participate in tailored financial and voluntary benefit programs.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and have at least five years of experience with liner hanger/completions, as well as thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and mechanical proficiency with wellbore construction products.
