About the Role

Primary responsibilities include assisting or leading analysis, design, construction administration, and the preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for multiple concurrent projects. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, cultivate strong internal and external project relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to provide tailored solutions. Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing are also key duties. • Lead structural analysis, design, and construction administration for heavy civil and architectural projects. • Prepare technical reports, plans, and specifications for multiple concurrent projects. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong internal and external client relationships. • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet project needs. • Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative knowledge‑sharing environment.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE). At least four years of structural design experience are required, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. A master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering is preferred.
