About the Role
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, managing staff calendars. • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary. • Coordinate office operations and procedures, including IT equipment. • Supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staff, delegating assignments. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. • Purchase office supplies and equipment, maintaining proper stock levels. • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial tasks among staff. • Review and analyze special projects and keep management informed. • Identify current trends and provide actionable reviews to management. • Recruit office staff, provide orientation and training for new employees. • Ensure top performance of office staff through coaching and guidance. • Stay updated on technical and professional knowledge via workshops and professional networks. • Prepare annual office budget, plan expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrections. • Participate in planning and execution of company events. • Develop standards and promote activities that enhance operational procedures. • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.

What You Bring
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Office Manager to join our team. In this role you will work on one of Riyadh's large PMO programs. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 8–10+ years of experience. • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic. • Proven experience in office management, administration, or assistant roles. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Strong time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. • Excellent organizational skills, including preparation of presentations and executive briefings.
