About the Role
The Maintenance Technician assists in carrying out the property’s maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—and supports the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Attend site daily and respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance, including pool care and chemical logging. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds and facilities to identify and correct hazards. • Execute preventative maintenance programs to extend property lifespan and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA and safety standards. • Assist supervisors with inventory monitoring, hazard communications, and unit turn scheduling. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistent resident interactions and enforcing community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and other assigned tasks as needed.

What You Bring
• Require High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 100+ lb, work in confined spaces, tolerate outdoor conditions, and be available for overtime/on‑call. • Must have reliable transportation for emergency calls.

Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $22 to $24, a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays. • Compensation: $22–$24 hourly with benefits, 401(k) match, bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
