About the Role

The Maintenance Technician assists in carrying out the property’s maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—and supports the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Attend site daily and respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance, including pool care and chemical logging. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds and facilities to identify and correct hazards. • Execute preventative maintenance programs to extend property lifespan and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA and safety standards. • Assist supervisors with inventory monitoring, hazard communications, and unit turn scheduling. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistent resident interactions and enforcing community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and other assigned tasks as needed.

What You Bring

Benefits
