The role requires strong leadership to develop and guide teams in ambiguous or high‑pressure environments, excellent stakeholder management to build trusted advisor relationships, and analytical problem‑solving skills to translate complex issues into workable solutions. Effective planning, communication and organisational abilities are essential for handling multiple work streams and interacting with senior client representatives. Candidates should have significant infrastructure project or programme management experience, preferably with aviation projects, NEC contracts, and procurement. A degree or HND in a relevant discipline, professional membership (APM, ICE) and certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP or NEC PM are desirable. • Significant experience in infrastructure project and programme management across the lifecycle • Strong leadership ability to develop and guide teams in ambiguous or high‑pressure settings • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trusted advisor relationships • Analytical and problem‑solving skills to convert complex issues into workable solutions • Proven capability to plan, communicate and organise multiple work streams with senior client reps • Experience with aviation infrastructure, NEC contracts and procurement processes • Relevant degree or HND in management, construction or infrastructure and professional affiliations (APM, ICE) • Certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or NEC PM accreditation • Ability to work under pressure, motivate teams and deliver results
