About the Role
As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will join the frontline team delivering commercial cleaning at client locations. The role focuses on standard custodial and janitorial duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal to maintain clean and safe environments. Safety and teamwork are core priorities. You will follow all safety guidelines, use proper protective equipment, and work under the direction of cleaning leads and supervisors. Professional communication with coworkers, managers, and customers is essential to uphold a high standard of service. • Comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Perform work assignments collaboratively with teammates. • Maintain a clean work area and follow company procedures. • Take direction from supervisors and respond promptly. • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers. • Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead with punch‑list items. • Use proper personal protective equipment and present a professional appearance. • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction. • Execute custodial tasks such as vacuuming, edging, dusting, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and trash disposal. • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms. • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests, prioritizing safety first. • Coordinate with internal departments and participate in team meetings. • Participate in the 401(k) retirement plan.
