PMO Senior Commercial Manager

About the Role

• Oversee cost and commercial management, including planning, benchmarking, reporting, cashflow, procurement, contracts and claims. • Develop and maintain project cost control databases for accurate tracking. • Establish project control budgets aligned with benchmarks. • Work with PMIS developers to create PowerBI dashboards and reports. • Track and control project accruals and commitments against budget constraints. • Monitor accruals, commitments and forecast estimates to completion (ETC/EAC). • Track contingency, risk exposure, change control and key project trends. • Manage senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and executive director level, to deliver the Cost & Commercial function. • Support implementation of new systems, processes and cost‑management dashboards. • Oversee quality assurance for all cost and commercial information. • Manage and support Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). • Coordinate commercial processes with functional leads to ensure contractual deliverables are met. • Prepare ad‑hoc reports and communicate clearly with stakeholders. • Coordinate with PMO on contractual deliverables, centralising the commercial effort. • Engage effectively with contractors, PMCs and client teams at all stakeholder levels.

Strong presentation, meeting‑management, digital proficiency and a construction or project‑management background are essential, together with a desire to grow within Mace. • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia with required visa and relevant high‑value project experience. • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, pertinent degree and chartered status or progression towards it. • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and strong PowerBI cost‑reporting expertise. • Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO); in‑country experience preferred. • Excellent presentation and meeting‑management skills, capable of influencing C‑suite and CEO. • Digital proficiency, ability to build lasting client relationships and support motivated teams. • Background in construction or project management with strong career‑advancement ambition.
