About the Role
The Commercial Sales Executive acts as the brand steward for Johnson Controls Security, promoting and selling security services and technology within an assigned territory. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. • Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology to new and existing commercial customers • Create new market share and sell add‑on products and upgrades • Renew existing customer agreements and manage resale opportunities within assigned territory • Identify prospects using creative lead‑generation techniques and maintain relationships • Independently plan calls, follow‑up strategies, and manage time and territory effectively • Conduct post‑installation follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction • Process work orders and complete required paperwork per standardized procedures
