About the Role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for all scheduling and planning activities according to contract or client requirements. This role translates the project scope of work into detailed activities and prepares and updates project progress reports. The role involves supervising and executing projects efficiently while tracking progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS against the schedule. Key duties include risk analysis and mitigation, resolving cross‑functional issues, resource planning and productivity analysis, and coordinating with contractors to manage inter‑dependencies. The coordinator also develops 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day look‑ahead plans and prepares presentations for senior management. • Supervise and execute projects while tracking progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS. • Conduct risk analysis, develop mitigation plans, and resolve cross‑functional issues. • Plan and control resources, analyze productivity, and coordinate with contractors to manage inter‑dependencies. • Create 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day look‑ahead plans and prepare senior‑management presentations. • Build and maintain integrated schedules (L2/L3/L4 WBS) using Primavera or MS Project, update baselines, and highlight critical paths. • Perform schedule delay analysis and generate department, plant, and contractor reports. • Develop catch‑up, schedule crashing, and fast‑track plans as needed. • Produce progress S‑curve, cost consumption S‑curve, delay analysis, milestone, risk mitigation, and overrun reports.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is proficient with MS Project or Primavera and familiar with the PMP certification process. Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works is required, along with excellent organizational, motivational, detail‑orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Project or Primavera and knowledgeable about PMP certification. • Possess technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural disciplines. • Demonstrate strong organizational, motivational, detail‑orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
