About the Role

The Director – Global Standardization & Digitization, Record to Report (RTR) role is a transformational individual contributor and process owner. This leader will shape and drive the standardization, optimization, and governance of RTR transformation projects across client finance operations. The position involves designing globally consistent processes, leveraging technology platforms, and continuously improving operations to meet business requirements. Key duties include defining and governing global finance process standards, designing and deploying lean process enhancements, and developing performance metrics with regular global reviews. The role also leads global training, certification programs, and maintains a unified knowledge base for finance operations. Collaboration with global and regional leadership, service delivery teams, and other stakeholders is essential to align priorities, implement best practices, and manage transformation projects on the Global Finance Roadmap. • Define, own, and govern global finance process standards. • Design and deploy process enhancements using lean re‑engineering methods. • Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs with regular global review cycles. • Lead global training, certification programs, and manage a unified knowledge base. • Collaborate with global leadership, regional teams, and service delivery units. • Identify, validate, and institutionalize best practices across finance operations. • Manage design and delivery of transformation projects on the Global Finance Roadmap. • Contribute to system enhancement roadmap and translate changes into process demands. • Ensure robust internal controls and mitigate operational risk and compliance exposures. • Create detailed project execution plans and present progress to steering committees. • Engage stakeholders to set vision, develop strategies, and execute transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates can engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, have extensive experience leading complex finance transformation projects, and possess deep knowledge of internal controls, risk, and regulatory environments. A CA or MBA and at least 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including expertise in global ERPs such as JDE or PeopleSoft, are required. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with resilience under pressure, are vital for success. • Qualifications: CA or MBA, 20+ years finance/accounting experience, ERP expertise (JDE, PeopleSoft). • Demonstrated leadership in global finance process ownership and transformation. • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
