About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager and working closely with Facilities Coordinators, the junior coordinator will assist in coordinating both reactive and proactive maintenance activities while building technical knowledge and confidence. • Assist in triage and coordination of reactive and planned work orders. • Support contractor allocation, monitor job progress, and verify completion documentation. • Review basic quotes and variations within delegated limits. • Update and maintain data in the Work Order Management System (WOMS). • Escalate delays, access issues, scope or cost concerns to senior team members. • Communicate daily with contractors and manage onboarding, offboarding, and compliance checks. • Escalate WHS, performance, or compliance issues as needed. • Support preparation for contractor performance reviews. • Follow established processes, playbooks, and operating procedures. • Participate in training and development opportunities. • Identify process improvements and provide team coverage during peak periods.
