About the Role

The role provides clerical and administrative support to department managers and helps coordinate daily operations, including recording and reporting data. It is an office‑or‑landfill setting where the employee interacts with supervisors, customers, and staff. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues. • Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets daily. • Maintain and distribute department‑related information each day. • Communicate with supervisors and managers about operations or dispatch issues. • Complete and maintain various reports as directed by the department manager. • Use software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor. • Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs. • Assist with processing payments and other financial tasks as needed. • Support the implementation of operational projects when required. • Communicate with customers regarding service issues as needed. • Communicate with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed. • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily, when applicable.

Qualifications include a high‑school diploma or GED and no prior work experience is required. No specific certificates, licenses, or additional skills are needed. The work environment involves frequent keyboarding and occasional light physical effort, with rare exposure to occupational hazards such as cuts or chemicals. Employees may work in office spaces or at landfill sites, encountering dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes on occasion.
