About the Role

The Community Concierge leads the front‑desk team in a full‑time position, working Wednesday through Sunday evenings. Acting as the first point of contact, the Concierge supports residents, assists prospects, and collaborates with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. • Greet residents and prospects, creating a welcoming front‑desk atmosphere. • Monitor foot traffic and coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams. • Address resident inquiries, package deliveries, and maintenance requests. • Oversee move‑in and move‑out processes to enhance resident satisfaction. • Implement programs aimed at improving overall resident experience.

What You Bring

Successful candidates possess strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, and excel at multitasking, time management, and maintaining composure under pressure.
