About the Role
The Production Supervisor leads and directs a team of production personnel to achieve safety, quality, customer experience, and cost‑control goals, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices. Staff scheduling is managed to meet production demands, and the supervisor may also perform hands‑on production tasks as needed. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000. Core duties include guaranteeing safety compliance, enforcing quality assurance programs, monitoring inventory, operating production equipment when required, and managing workflow to meet production and shipping targets. The supervisor evaluates team performance, prioritizes issues, implements corrective actions, and coordinates with other departments to satisfy customer deadlines. As a leader, the role focuses on the professional development of team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, and providing coaching and constructive feedback. What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and 1–2 years of hands‑on manufacturing leadership experience; equivalent education‑experience combinations are acceptable. Essential skills include strong communication, ERP system proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
