Bellperson (Part Time)

About the Role

We are hiring a part‑time Bellperson who will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, greeting them, escorting them to their rooms, and providing an excellent start to their stay. This role involves managing luggage, assisting with special requests, and ensuring the front entrance and lobby remain organized and safe. • Greet and escort owners/guests to rooms, ensuring a positive first impression • Assist with luggage handling and special requests or deliveries • Supervise front entrance and manage guest arrivals • Provide information on room amenities and property services per brand standards • Cover gate and maintain an organized, safe, clean lobby area as needed • Fulfill reasonable requests from management and support other departments • Maintain regular attendance per HGV standards

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of customer service experience • Self‑starting personality with an even disposition • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 150 lb • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure outdoor extreme weather • Ability to respond quickly to work situations (run, walk, jog) with or without reasonable accommodations • 1+ year prior Bellperson experience (preferred) • Proven experience in resort or hotel hospitality (preferred)
