About the Role
The role involves overseeing field operations, managing personnel, and ensuring accurate documentation and calculations throughout construction staking projects. • Coordinate field work and personnel, making project‑based decisions. • Lead the survey crew and communicate performance expectations. • Supervise staff, provide feedback, identify training needs, and conduct on‑the‑job training. • Organize field books and notes. • Perform all phases of construction layout and interact with Revit models. • Provide scheduling feedback to the survey manager. • Complete all necessary calculations for layout, quantities, etc. • Frequently lift, carry, grasp, or handle objects and perform activities such as reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders. • Communicate via phone, computer, or email and interact regularly with coworkers and vendors.

What You Bring
• Understand GPS technology and survey equipment operation. • Minimum five years of field layout experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • NICET certification. • Wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes, hard hat, etc.) and follow safety standards.
