About the Role
As a New Member Journey (NMJ) National Trainer, you will develop scalable training solutions—including digital learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and enhanced process documentation—to ensure consistent execution of NMJ processes across all regions. You will partner closely with senior leadership, regional managers, site sales and marketing leaders, QA leadership, and Training & Development to discuss operational needs and create clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. Your role also involves upholding Hilton Grand Vacations’ values and enhancing the new member experience through high‑quality, standardized training resources. • Design and deliver scalable training solutions such as digital modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and updated process documentation for consistent NMJ execution. • Collaborate with senior leadership, regional managers, sales & marketing, QA, and training teams to identify operational needs and create engaging learning experiences. • Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations’ values and elevate the new member experience through high‑quality, standardized training resources.
