About the Role
Operates a self‑propelled grader to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone according to grading specifications for construction and maintenance of earthwork structures. The grader operator is responsible for operating grading equipment, performing safety checks, coordinating with truck drivers for material loading, and maintaining the machine in accordance with company safety policies. • Conduct safety and maintenance checks on assigned equipment. • Operate the grader by starting the engine and controlling throttles, switches, levers, and pedals. • Signal truck drivers to position for loading dirt, rock, and other materials. • Avoid hazards such as utility lines, other equipment, and falling objects. • Perform equipment maintenance tasks like oiling, greasing, and making adjustments. • Follow company safety policies and procedures as outlined in the safety manual.

What You Bring
