About the Role

As a Support Officer you will work alongside colleagues in supported housing and outreach services across Kent, helping families stay safe, accessing welfare benefits, providing emotional support, and assisting with applications for permanent housing. • Provide safety and emotional support to families affected by domestic abuse. • Enable access to welfare benefits and offer debt advice. • Assist customers in applying for and securing permanent housing. • Conduct outreach and supported‑housing duties across Kent as required.
