About the Role

Join Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team as a Project Coordinator, supporting the successful delivery of diverse projects across multiple sectors, including government and commercial. You will assist Project Managers in coordinating and delivering a wide range of fit‑out, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects nationally, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your project management career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include supporting Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors, coordinating project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and reporting using platforms such as Procore and MS Project, and preparing and circulating meeting minutes, risk registers, and weekly progress reports. You will liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery, assist in preparing project budgets and scope management, and ensure compliance with company standards, project control systems, and safety requirements. • Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of fit‑out, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects. • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, procurement, and reporting using Procore and MS Project. • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, risk registers, and weekly progress reports. • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery. • Assist in preparing project budgets, documentation, and scope management. • Ensure compliance with company standards, project control systems, and safety requirements.

What You Bring

The role requires Australian citizenship, a relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering, and 1‑2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within the property or construction sector. Candidates should understand project management terminology, processes, and reporting, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Procore (or similar tools). Flexibility to travel interstate, stay overnight when required, and a valid driver’s licence are highly regarded. • Hold Australian citizenship and a relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering. • Possess 1–2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator in the property or construction sector. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Procore. • Ability to travel interstate, stay overnight as needed, and hold a valid driver’s licence (preferred).
