About the Role

The IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager oversees the organization’s on‑premise and cloud environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security. This role leads a team responsible for networking, virtualization, servers, storage, and operating‑system technologies, and works closely with the IT security team to maintain compliance. The manager drives automation, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud‑native practices on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms. In addition to technical leadership, the manager sets team goals, conducts performance reviews, and supports professional development while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. The position also contributes to policy development, budget management, and business‑continuity planning, and stays current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Lead day‑to‑day operations of IT infrastructure and cloud teams, monitoring incidents and ensuring system availability. • Design, implement, and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure on Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code and automation. • Develop and enforce IT policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance. • Manage budget, resource utilization, and cost optimization for virtual machines and workloads. • Conduct performance reviews, set team goals, and promote professional development. • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, technologies, and vendor performance. • Ensure business continuity and disaster‑recovery readiness through planning and documentation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of IT infrastructure support experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Deep expertise in Microsoft stack (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint) and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). • Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and routing. • Proven leadership, project management, and risk‑mitigation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Remote‑work eligibility.
