About the Role
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures. • Supervise and coordinate foremen and assigned craft workers. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders. • Enforce company policies and safety regulations among workers. • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet the construction schedule using equipment and personnel knowledge. • Analyze schedules and estimate worker‑hour requirements for job completion. • Analyze and resolve work problems. • Maintain time records and may prepare cost estimates; follow logical procedures, plan work, solve problems, make data‑driven decisions, and operate machinery as needed. • Provide leadership to team members and apprentices, fostering resourcefulness and creative problem‑solving. • Build effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Lead by example, coach, give feedback, and manage performance.

What You Bring
High School diploma or GED is required along with a minimum of five years of related experience. Candidates should have previous experience working with tools, equipment, and machinery, and possess strong teamwork orientation, detail orientation, active listening, and effective communication skills.
