What You Bring

The role owns the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring leaders in the US and Canada to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. The Recruiter is responsible for delivering an efficient, data‑informed hiring process while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. • Deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of recruiting experience across hourly and salaried roles. • Proficiency with ATS systems (preferably Workday) and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and Indeed. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions. • Experience using recruitment data to guide decisions and improve processes.
