What You Bring
The company is hiring an experienced Drywall & Framing Superintendent for its self‑perform building‑trades team on projects in Kings Bay, GA, where the superintendent will oversee multiple crews, field foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Success in this role requires at least five years managing commercial framing and drywall operations, strong knowledge of Division 9 sequencing, and proven leadership of self‑perform teams, with experience in design‑build, military, or large commercial projects being a distinct advantage. All candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, pass drug and background screenings, and meet required safety certifications or be willing to obtain them. • Minimum 5 + years experience as a superintendent on commercial framing and drywall projects (medium‑size or larger). • In‑depth technical understanding of Division 9 framing and drywall sequencing from layout through finishes. • Proven ability to manage multiple crews, field foremen, self‑perform teams, and subcontractors. • Experience with construction management functions such as scheduling, safety, and quality control. • Military, government, or large commercial design‑build background preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit is a plus. • Required safety certifications (CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM‑385, STS) or willingness to obtain them. • Strong emphasis on team development and leadership.
