About the Role
Key day‑to‑day responsibilities include overseeing daily cash management and cash‑flow forecasting, managing international banking relationships and mandates, and administering debt facilities, drawdowns and covenant compliance. The manager will also handle derivatives hedging for interest‑rate and FX risk, develop treasury policies and controls, and lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System in 2026. Continuous improvement of tools, automation, AI adoption and partnership with Tax, FP&A, Group Reporting and Operations are integral to the role, as is contributing to health, safety and sustainability objectives. • Oversee daily cash management and short‑term cash‑flow forecasting. • Manage international banking relationships, account openings and mandate administration. • Administer debt facilities, plan drawdowns and ensure covenant compliance. • Support equity reporting and coordinate treasury input on financing transactions. • Handle derivatives hedging for interest‑rate and FX exposure and maintain hedge accounting. • Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures and risk controls. • Lead selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (target 2026). • Drive automation, AI adoption and continuous improvement of treasury tools and processes. • Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Group Reporting and Operations on cash and risk management. • Integrate health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability practices into treasury activities.

What You Bring
Following rapid global expansion, Zenobē is hiring a proactive, detail‑oriented Treasury Manager to build a standalone Treasury function. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role will cover a broad range of treasury activities with a focus on front‑end operations, process improvement and shaping the function’s future in a fast‑scaling business. The position offers a rare chance to design and embed treasury capabilities while working in a collaborative and ambitious environment. Candidates should have at least five years of treasury experience in a corporate, infrastructure or energy setting, with strong knowledge of cash management, FX and interest‑rate risk, and debt/equity financing structures. They must be able to analyse complex financial data, present insights clearly to both financial and non‑financial audiences, and influence stakeholder decisions while thriving in a high‑growth environment. Desired qualifications include TMS implementation experience, project‑finance exposure, a finance‑related degree or professional certification, and advanced Excel modelling skills. • Required: ≥5 years treasury experience in corporate/infrastructure/energy environments. • Strong knowledge of cash, FX, interest‑rate risk and banking operations. • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to all audiences. • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic financial planning skills. • Desired: TMS implementation experience, global project‑finance exposure, finance degree or professional qualification, advanced Excel modelling.
