About the Role

The role is based in Peterborough for 2‑3 days a week and requires a solid understanding of project, programme and portfolio risk within the construction and infrastructure sector. You will lead risk services across commissions and provide guidance to the PMO, planning centre of excellence and other Mace hubs as needed. • Manage risk management performance across assigned commissions. • Develop and implement robust risk frameworks and strategies. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders. • Deliver quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule. • Advise on contingency adequacy during reporting cycles. • Ensure compliance with Mace standards and relevant legislation. • Mentor and manage junior risk professionals. • Drive innovation and best practice for service excellence. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment emphasizing wellbeing. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.
