About the Role
Under the direction of Project Executives, the Resource Coordinator processes field employee transfers across all projects and may be required to work at project sites within or surrounding the DFW metroplex. The role involves maintaining accurate resource‑loading data, collaborating with project teams to align staffing assignments, reviewing data to anticipate future needs, identifying training gaps, recommending employee development, mentoring and coaching field employees, and acting as a field HR liaison for employee‑relations issues. Key responsibilities also include handling compensation and classification changes, administering performance reviews, assisting with disciplinary actions, and performing other duties as needed. • Process field employee transfers across all projects. • Maintain accurate resource loading data. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure staffing meets project and employee needs. • Review resource‑loading data to forecast staffing requirements and advise executives. • Identify training gaps and recommend employee development initiatives. • Mentor and coach field employees. • Act as HR liaison for employee relations issues. • Manage field employee compensation, classification changes, and performance reviews. • Assist with disciplinary actions. • Prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Follow established company processes and act as an active listener.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), a valid driver’s license, ability to navigate rough construction terrain, and the ability to pass background and drug/alcohol screenings; preferred qualifications are knowledge of Microsoft Project, electrical construction methods, field staffing experience in the electrical industry, and bilingual Spanish skills. • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Adapt positively to changing conditions and propose solutions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Microsoft Project knowledge preferred. • Understand electrical construction methods (preferred). • Prior field staffing experience in the electrical industry (plus). • Bilingual Spanish speaking/writing (plus). • Hold a valid driver’s license and safely navigate rough terrain. • Pass background check and drug/alcohol screening. • Minimal travel outside DFW; daily travel to job sites required.
