About the Role

In this role you will develop procedural and technical skills through training and coaching, perform standard tests, handle basic data entry and verification, assess compliance with standards, manage defined project tasks, install equipment, generate basic reports, schedule daily work, and maintain plant and machinery in line with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Perform standard tests and basic data entry, verification, and reporting. • Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries. • Execute defined project tasks, including simple equipment installation and product development under supervision. • Maintain and repair plant and machinery ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance. • Organize daily work schedule based on changing priorities. • Develop procedural and technical skills through training, coaching, and assessment activities. • Support data collection, analysis, and insights generation using established procedures. • Conduct inspections on highway, road, and bridge construction projects as part of the Construction Phase Services team.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering Technician/Technologist diploma or a Civil Engineering degree, has 0‑2 years of related experience, a valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s licence, and demonstrates teamwork, cooperation, and knowledge sharing. • Hold a Civil Engineering Technician/Technologist diploma or Civil Engineering degree. • Possess 0‑2 years of related experience, a valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s licence, and a collaborative team mindset.
