About the Role
Are you ready to elevate your career? As a Senior Analyst you will lead financial due diligence for global acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting. In this role you will conduct both buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence on acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments, focusing on quality of earnings, net working capital, debt considerations and financial reporting. You will coordinate with third‑party diligence firms, deliver findings to Strategy & Corporate Development and Legal teams, and support finance integration. Additional duties include annual goodwill and intangible‑asset impairment testing, purchase accounting, valuation of fixed and intangible assets, and divestiture accounting support. • Perform buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence on acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments, assessing quality of earnings, net working capital, debt, and financial reporting. • Liaise with third‑party diligence firms and present key findings to Strategy & Corporate Development and Legal teams. • Support finance integration efforts for acquired or divested entities. • Conduct annual goodwill and intangible‑asset impairment testing and handle purchase accounting. • Value fixed and intangible assets for acquisition and divestiture transactions. • Provide accounting support for divestiture processes. • Apply US GAAP knowledge with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve goals.

What You Bring
The successful candidate combines strong leadership with deep technical accounting expertise and strategic analytical thinking. You must communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Proficiency with US GAAP, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently are essential. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders and advanced skills in Oracle, SAP, FCCS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years of accounting or finance experience are mandatory; a master's degree, CPA or CFA is a plus. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, with active‑duty military exempt, and be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Relocation assistance is not available, and you must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future corporate sponsorship.
