About the Role
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Work independently across multiple storage facilities, both indoor and outdoor. • Evaluate customer storage requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, including packing supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to maintain inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment collection calls. • Lift and transport items up to 35 lb; conduct regular cleaning and grounds maintenance.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to walk around facilities, spending up to half of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also expected. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement available. • Possess a valid driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed).
