About the Role

The role includes assisting in sales growth, supervising customer‑facing software pilots, participating in product development by gathering customer feedback, maintaining accurate CRM data, supporting quote preparation, managing margins through discount controls, and collaborating on credit and collections activities. The representative promotes 3rd Eye policies on warranty, discounting, parts procurement, returns, and order processing, ensures timely execution of technical campaigns, works closely with the customer success team to facilitate seamless transitions to account management, and coordinates training to help onboarded customers achieve their goals. • Drive sales and market share for 3rd Eye hardware, software, and aftermarket solutions in the Western region. • Supervise customer‑facing software pilots to meet defined success criteria. • Gather customer feedback and support prototype trials during product development. • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. • Prepare and submit quotes, managing discounts and margin compliance. • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Director on credit and collections matters. • Enforce warranty, discounting, parts procurement, returns, and order‑processing policies. • Execute technical campaigns on schedule. • Partner with the customer success team to transition accounts smoothly. • Coordinate training to ensure customers fully leverage 3rd Eye technology. • Monitor territory expense budgets to align with sales targets.
