About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee all day‑to‑day operations for assigned projects, conduct turnover, kickoff, and regular coordination meetings with estimating, operations, field, shop, drafting, and subcontractors, and manage specifications, scope, and schedule reviews. Responsibilities include drafting change proposals, maintaining the change‑proposal log, completing submittal processes, preparing monthly billing and pay applications, and ensuring timely collections. Additional duties involve monitoring site progress, shop production, safety, and QA/QC with field superintendents and the Safety Director, updating control and RFI logs, coordinating material and equipment deliveries, working with the BIM and purchasing departments, approving vendor invoices, and overseeing close‑out documentation such as as‑builts and warranty letters. The role also includes mentoring project engineers and performing any other tasks assigned by senior management. • Oversee daily project operations • Conduct turnover, kickoff, and regular coordination meetings • Draft and track change proposals • Manage submittal process and control logs • Prepare monthly billings and pay applications; ensure timely collections • Monitor site and shop progress, safety, and QA/QC • Update and maintain control and RFI logs weekly • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with Purchasing • Work with BIM team to meet drafting schedules • Approve subcontractor and vendor invoices weekly • Complete project close‑out documents (as‑builts, O&Ms, warranty letters) • Mentor and train project engineers

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of project‑management experience, a strong background in commercial HVAC mechanical work, and prior construction experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture is preferred. • 3+ years project management experience • Commercial HVAC mechanical background • Construction industry experience • BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture (preferred)
