About the Role

The role is a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative focused on delivering in‑home sales presentations, setting and tracking personal sales targets, and negotiating contracts with homeowners. The position requires a positive attitude, self‑motivation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet sales goals. • Deliver interactive sales presentations on products and services to decision‑makers at their homes. • Set individual sales targets. • Track sales goals and report results. • Promote company products and services. • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have strong customer‑service skills, prior in‑home or B2C sales experience, and can work independently without close supervision. Familiarity with windows and doors, bathroom remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, automotive, or HVAC sales is considered a plus, as is a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ownership of an iPad. • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Ability to work evening and weekend appointments. • In‑home or B2C sales experience (a plus). • Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales (a plus). • Ability to meet and exceed goals. • Valid driver’s license with a proven safe driving record. • Own an iPad (iPad requirement).
