Sr Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack software applications. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Key responsibilities include full‑stack development using modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back‑end technologies (Node.js, Python, .NET), contributing to architecture and design, integrating applications into CI/CD pipelines, and delivering high‑quality code through unit, integration, and automated testing. The engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps in agile ceremonies, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement and innovation. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, or .NET. • Contribute to software architecture, perform design reviews, and integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines. • Write clean, maintainable code and implement unit, integration, and automated tests. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps in agile ceremonies. • Mentor junior engineers and lead projects from concept to delivery. • Stay current with emerging technologies and drive process improvements.

What You Bring

Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 5–7 years of full‑stack development experience in agile environments. Technical expertise includes headless CMS, digital asset management, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and AI agentic architectures with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and enterprise AI services. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and proactive attitudes are essential, along with a passion for learning and delivering high‑quality software. • Minimum 5–7 years of full‑stack development experience in agile environments. • Proficient with headless CMS, digital asset management, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases. • Expert in AI agentic architectures, LangChain, LLM integration, RAG, and enterprise AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and proactive attitude.
