• Establish clear communication with engineering leadership • Assist maintenance staff on special projects • Maintain detailed English records for logs and inspection sheets • Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling repairs • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent experience • Valid driver's license • 6 months to 1 year prior experience preferred • Ability to climb stairs, work on ladders up to 40 ft, push/pull up to 100 lb, lift/carry up to 50 lb, and reach overhead (accommodations may be provided)
