What You Bring
ERM is seeking an experienced PMO Team Leader to shape high‑performing teams and drive excellence in health, safety, and commercial leadership. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, empower people, and deliver results that align with ERM’s mission of sustainable solutions. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field, and bring 8–10 years of leadership experience in consulting or technical settings. Strong communication, organizational abilities, and a hands‑on leadership approach are required, with preferred experience in health‑and‑safety programs, commercial management, and performance‑management frameworks. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability or related; 8–10 years leadership experience in consulting/technical environments; strong communication and organizational skills. • Preferred: Experience in health and safety leadership programs, commercial management, and performance‑management frameworks.
