About the Role
As part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, you’ll help design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive. From high‑performance data centres driving AI to dynamic commercial environments, your work will support technological advancement, sustainability, and human experience. • Coordinate work of project teams throughout the project life cycle under Project Manager supervision. • Manage workload through project execution, delivering on budget and schedule. • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures. • Assist the Project Manager with client relations, marketing, contractual, change, and production meetings. • Support Change Control and Risk Management. • Collaborate with multiple Project Managers and project teams. • Oversee aspects of small projects or single aspects of large projects. • Develop project management plans and quality management plans. • Liaise with Project Manager, Accounting, Operations, and Business Leadership for regular project reviews. • Prepare, organise, and coordinate contracts and sub‑contracts. • Coordinate and monitor sub‑consultant information, quality management plans, and deliverables. • Organise internal and external meetings and presentations.

What You Bring
We seek a Project Coordinator with excellent organization and management skills, experience in construction or engineering, and a proven ability to deliver results. You should demonstrate drive, adaptability, and the ability to motivate others, as well as strong client‑facing and business‑development capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience leading design engineering teams. • Experience in the datacentre industry (highly advantageous). • Working knowledge of construction projects. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisational, multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Strong leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years’ project management experience in engineering, construction, or design consultancy. • Ability to interact with design teams; excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
