About the Role
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, floor buffer and shampoo machine operation, vacuuming rugs, spot cleaning, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning windowsills and interior glass, maintaining bathrooms, monitoring fixtures, handling trash, and snow removal as directed. Additional periodic tasks involve high‑dusting, polishing leather and wood surfaces, wall washing, and any other duties assigned. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors; operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Clean interior windowsills, glass partitions, and specified windows; wash entrance doors and trims. • Maintain bathrooms daily: wipe glass, empty waste baskets, service dispensers, clean tiles, sweep/mop/scrub floors, and report defects. • Collect and dispose of building trash; replace liners in waste containers per specifications. • Remove snow from steps, walkways, and sidewalks as instructed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, polishing leather and wood surfaces, and wall washing. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as part of a team. • Operate cleaning equipment safely, including backpack‑style portable vacuums.

Benefits
